Important Notice

PvrPlay does not host or store any video content on its servers. All media accessible through this site is embedded from third-party external sources. We are an index and discovery platform only.

For the fastest resolution of a copyright concern, we recommend contacting the actual content host directly. However, we are happy to remove any links or embed references from our site upon receiving a valid DMCA notice.

Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

To file a DMCA takedown notice, please provide the following information in writing to our designated DMCA agent:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work: A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed, including the title and a URL to an authoritative source (e.g., official website, IMDB page).
  2. Identification of the infringing material: The specific URL(s) on PvrPlay where the allegedly infringing content appears, so we can locate the material.
  3. Your contact information: Your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  4. Statement of good faith: A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. Statement of accuracy: A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorised to act on the copyright owner's behalf.
  6. Signature: Your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that content was removed from PvrPlay as a result of a mistaken or misidentified DMCA takedown, you may file a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature
  • Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
  • Your name, address, and phone number
  • A statement that you consent to jurisdiction of the appropriate court

Repeat Infringers

PvrPlay has a policy to disable and terminate access for users who are found to be repeat infringers of copyright. We take copyright infringement seriously and will cooperate with all valid legal requests.

Abuse of DMCA Process

Please note that submitting a DMCA notice with false or misleading information may result in legal liability for perjury. PvrPlay reserves the right to seek damages and legal costs against any party that abuses the DMCA notification process.
